Laura founded Connectiva  to uplift equity-focused social investment by bringing donor and doer together. Twenty years working in SI, she saw an opportunity to link impact consultants to funders who want to ensure their grants and gifts are as powerful as possible.

 

She has guided philanthropists throughout their personal journeys, authored innovative evaluation and research, and worked with private businesses to amplify their community commitment.

Her strategic leadership and commitment to equity-driven practices have been instrumental in shaping our collaborative consulting approach.

Alison Carney

Alison is an independent consultant, facilitator, researcher and coach

 who works with community organizations, international NGOs and foundations to support gender equality/equity, inclusion and to build learning systems to better understand and amplify work for social change.

 

She has specialized in gender equality/equity and inclusion in sport for development (sfd) and has accompanied sfd organizations around the world to build sport programs that provide inclusive and empowering spaces for people of all genders, in particular girls and women.  She also specializes in creating inclusive learning spaces and spaces for shared and collaborative learning, such as learning communities and co-designed/collaborative MEL.

Sarah Taylor is the founder of Taylor Impact Group. She is an independent advisor and works directly with each client, earning the role of trusted partner for individual philanthropists, founders, families, foundations, and companies.

With more than a decade of experience designing and leading social impact strategies at the intersection of business and community, she brings deep expertise in strategic planning, donor advising, nonprofit partnerships, impact measurement, research, and corporate philanthropy. At Taylor Impact Group, she partners with clients to transform complex giving decisions into clear, confident impact strategies. Whether they are just beginning to give more intentionally or refining a well-established approach, she provides the structure, tools, and partnership to turn generosity into measurable and personally meaningful impact.

Sarah previously built philanthropic programs at Tito's Handmade Vodka and Vista Equity Partners. As an advisor, she leverages her expertise to cut through complexity so clients can give with confidence to causes they care about most.

Sarah is a Certified Impact Philanthropy Advisor (IPA) and a 21/64 Certified Advisor.
